Driving Directions to Palm Haus, Unit 27 at Southbay

Address: 940 U.S. Highway 98, Unit 27, Destin, FL 32541

From Destin–Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) – about 30 minutes

1. Exit the airport and follow signs for FL-85 S.
2. Continue on FL-85 S toward Niceville.
3. Cross the Mid-Bay Bridge (toll road, $4).
4. After the bridge, turn right onto US-98 W toward Destin.
5. Continue about 3 miles — the property will be on your left.

From Pensacola International Airport (PNS) – about 1 hour 45 minutes

1. Exit the airport and take I-110 S toward Pensacola.
2. Merge onto I-10 E toward Tallahassee.
3. Take exit 56 for FL-85 S toward Niceville.
4. Stay on FL-85 S, then take the Mid-Bay Bridge into Destin (toll $4).
5. Turn right onto US-98 W, and after about 3 miles, the property will be on your left.

From Panama City Beach (ECP Airport) – about 1 hour 15 minutes

1. Exit the airport and turn left onto FL-388 W.
2. Turn right onto FL-79 N.
3. Merge onto FL-20 W toward Freeport.
4. Take US-331 S to US-98 W.
5. Continue on US-98 W into Destin.
6. The property will be on your left at 940 U.S. 98.

Once You Arrive

• Look for 940 U.S. Highway 98.
• Turn into the property entrance and follow signs to Unit 27.
• Parking spot is labeled "27" in front of door. Second parking spot is any unmarked parking space. You must put the parking pass (located inside on entryway table) into your dashboard.
